#8 The Door Into Summer by Robert Heinlein

July 31, 2009

The Door into Summer by Robert Heinlein.
A really bad-ass tale of pseudo and real time travel. The pseudo time travel can only be taken in a forward direction by taking the “deep sleep”. Traveling 30 years in the future makes a very interesting story for me.
Oh yeh, Heinlein was sure to include a cat as a costar. The part of the book where Heinlein describes cat people and non-cat people is pretty cool.
This was my 4th or 5th time reading this book and it’s just as good as it always was. The narrator was good too.
